Matthew, a Ward Elementary 4th grader, won a recent raffle at the Henrico A.R.T.S. Festival for lunch with our “snow day” announcer, Andy Jenks (the school system’s director of Communications and Public Relations.) Matthew and his friends showed Andy how to navigate the lunch line, how to use the utensils, and how good behavior helps keep a “green light” for the entire lunch period.
